We have snow on the ground here in Minnesota, so I guess scrapbooking some Christmas layouts are in order! I bought Paige Evans’ “Sugar Plum Wishes” line last fall, and I have been saving it for these Christmas layouts!
First up, I created this layout based off of Scrap with Stacy’s Tic Tac Toe board (I used ephemera, chipboard and flowers) and Rochelle Spears’ sketch challenge. You can click the links above to peek and join their challenges!
Here’s the layout I created! I like to scrapbook double-page layouts, so I took Rochelle’s sketch and used it for the left side of the double-page. Then I free-styled on the right side! I used a solid white background and then some of the fun patterned “Sugar Plum Wishes” paper to create a layout showcasing my grandparents 62nd anniversary! Since they got married in December of 1940–the Christmas paper works wonderfully!
Next up, I’m spotlighting a few layouts of my sweet little girl using “Sugar Plum Wishes.” We took a fun trip to Duluth, Minnesota and rode the Christmas Train and visited “Bentleyville” which is an incredible lights display along Lake Superior!
Finally, here’s my “Cuter Than A Christmas Cookie” layout! I loved the faces she was making in these photos, and since childhood is fleeting I want to remember them forever in my scrapbooks 🙂
Thanks for taking a peek at some of my Christmas layouts! Tell me in the comments which one you liked best! Are you team “Anniversary,” “Christmas Train,” or “Christmas Cookie?”
